Terms and Conditions

Below are our terms and conditions

  • We are adult only with no exceptions. Over 30's only

  • Only 2 people per pitch. 

  • No tents or trailer tents.

  • No continental caravans  unless agreed prior to booking. We have limited pitches that can accommodate a continental vehicle.

  • We allow  traditional, walk away or pull out awnings, at the side of the vehicle, that are suitable for a 6m wide pitch which includes your accommodation.  Campervans are only allowed if they meet the awning requirements with the campervan fitting into the 6m pitch. 

  • Arrival 1pm-7pm

  • Departure 8am-11am

  • We do not take groups. ( 2 caravans/motorhomes or more, regardless of whether they are booked individually) unless agreed with site prior to booking.

  • Maximum 3 well behaved dogs per pitch unless by prior agreement

  • We do not accept breeds or cross-breeds of dogs in The Dangerous Dogs Act.

  • No open fires permitted

  • BBQ's are permitted off the ground only - please ask for blocks if you need them

  • Please leave your pitch clean and clear and dispose of all your rubbish in the allocated areas,

  • Please respect our rule of quiet time from 10:30pm to 8am.

  • You may only use eco-friendly waste treatment fluid - no formaldehyde

  • No charging of electric vehicles on hook-ups

  • No washing of your vehicles using our water supply unless pre-arranged  for a fee of £10.

  • No visitors allowed on site.

  • Music and TVs must not be audible beyond the boundaries of the pitch.

  • Our booking fee DOES NOT include holiday insurance. We therefore recommend that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance to cover you in the event that you have to cancel or terminate your holiday unexpectedly.

  • No refunds within 4 weeks of arrival.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • We will amend dates with 4 weeks notice or longer subject to availability.
